Richgro Garden products is a family business and is 100% Australian owned. It has been run over the years by three generations of Richards' boys and Richgro continues the dynasty today with Geoff Richards being the current Managing Director and both his sons Tim and Matthew Richards involved in the business.

Richgro's Head office is based where it all started in WA, and has offices in VIC, SA, NSW and a distributor in QLD with manufacturing sites in WA, SA and VIC.

Whilst Richgro Retail remains the core of the business, the company also has several subsidiaries: Richgro Laboratory Services which supplies testing services to the Industry, Richgro Commercial which attends to the WA growers market and Amazon Soils, acquired in 2004 and one of WA’s largest manufacturers of bulk mulch, compost and blended soils.
